Had a great stay over the Easter long weekend. View is spectacular, lots of great restaurants near by, easy to walk around and explore. Location is right on the beach!

I had stayed at this property a couple of years ago under the previous owner and completely fell in love with it. I was a little nervous booking under a new host, but I am so happy to report that Josh has kept everything to the exact same standard of luxury and comfort. The home is still the absolute perfect blend of a boutique hotel experience with the privacy of your own home. The 'upside-down' layout is awesome and the views of the Parroquia never gets old. Super comfy bed and it was nice not having to buy bottled water with their water treatment system. Can’t wait to come back again!

Absolute gem in SMA! The rooftop is spectacular, the master suite is super plush, and the design of the home is stunning. Super clean, very secure, and just a short walk to everything. If you're looking for luxury and great views, book this place immediately. 10/10 experience!

Josh's place is as it looks, which is amazing. Gorgeous views, clean and close to amenities. Pool area was outstanding. Josh himself provides great local intel and was super responsive to any questions we had. I wish I could rate more then 5 stars. His placeade our first foray into Mexico a perfect family get away.

My family loved our stay at this beautiful Laurel Canyon home. It's clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great location that's both quiet and an easy trip to the Sunset Strip and West Hollywood restaurants and activities. My kids loved the pool on the hilltop above the house! Josh, the host, is extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for what we needed for an early season golf weekend, comfortably fitting a group of eight. Very spacious and clean in a great location. Joshua was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend if visiting the Cape!

Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for our family of 5. House was well stocked with necessities. The heater kept us nice and toasty. Easy drives all over Mammoth, from Vons to scenic lakes, to the slopes.

Josh’s place was an excellent location. We walked to most of the restaurants that we chose. The few issues that we had were solved right away and Josh’s suggestions were great. The property is in the middle of the livelier part of Bucerías…restaurants, bars, flea markets. Lots of music that might be an issue for older people…like me, but the place was fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible time this past weekend in Yarmouth at Josh's place! Perfect for my sister's cozy, relaxing bachelorette party. Clean, comfortable, a great common area, and a quick walk to the beach- it was absolutely perfect!
